This agreement is a legal contract between you and SpeedCAT VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may cause the App to malfunction or increase security risks.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by unpaid device bills, data caps, weak signal, carrier policy, third-party platform changes, or user-side network conditions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. When roaming abroad, confirm that you have a suitable data plan and permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service unavailability caused by low battery, system errors, or user configuration mistakes is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and node information, but some information may depend on third-party partners or real-time network conditions, so no route is guaranteed to remain available permanently. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when needed. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate App services within a reasonable scope.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, software licenses, or plan benefits are generally considered delivered once activated. Unless required by law or expressly promised by the platform, refund requests are usually not accepted.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test the free version, demo features, or trial benefits before purchasing, so they can confirm connection quality, node availability, and client compatibility.

Customer Support: If you experience installation, connection, or account issues, please contact our support team first so we can help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: Some network environments may affect service quality. We will try to fix issues or provide alternatives, but ordinary technical fluctuations do not automatically create refund eligibility.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
